1. I get the thrill of hooking up with someone older, trust me. I did the same thing in my teens. Now that I’m 29 I see how weird and gross it was that these men even entertained me at the ages I was messing around with them. Think about what your virginity means to you. Then wrap all that up and wait a year or 2, or 8, before messing around with them. To both give time for law to not be of affect but mostly because there is no rush on something that is probably of some importance to you. You don’t want to look back at one of your most vulnerable points in life and realize you shared it with someone that had foggy intentions or just plain ole isn’t the kind of person you want to/should share that type of intimacy with. Do you care about losing your virginity to someone you probably won’t be romantically involved with in x amount of years? Or do you think you can maintain and healthy and thriving relationship with someone a decade older than you? Romantic or platonic. Would a platonic relationship afterwards be too weird? Personally, I say don’t do it. This is coming from someone who didn’t care who they lost their virginity to. But looking back at it I’m glad it was someone I connected with deeply, I don’t think I could say the same if it was a tinder hook up. Hope this helped!
